1. Fixing of 12mm dia nozzles on the construction joints & cold joints if any, on a grid pattern 500cm c/c. The nozzles can be fixed prior or after the concreting.
2. Injection of cementitious slurry admixed with BUILD NSG, non shrink grouting admixture through a manual pressure pump at a pressure of 2kg/cm2 till there is a overflow from the next nozzle.
3. Once the injection is complete, the nozzle has to be removed & same has to be sealed using fast setting cement.
4. Providing & applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating BUILDCRETE on the surface. Synthetic fibre mesh to be sandwiched in between the coating, |
